<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an advertiser to provide a moving image for simply executing self-PR or the moving picture CM of an enterprise or the like at low costs by using electronic advertisements constituted of a QR code. <P>SOLUTION: An advertiser 10 applies for advertisements for performing self-PR to a company 20. The server 21 of the company issues URL and ID and a password, and automatically prepares and distributes the QR code to the advertiser. The advertiser photographs a moving picture for executing the self-PR or the like by using the distributed QR codes by a portable telephone set 11, and uploads the moving image by mail to the server 21 of the company.
