PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-dew-condensation building material which can effectively prevent dew condensation occurring in an ultra-high-humidity area with a relative humidity of 90-100%. SOLUTION: This anti-dew-condensation building material is composed of a calcium silicate hydrate molding containing xonotlite. A change of a moisture adsorption amount within the range of a relative humidity of 90-95% on a vapor-adsorption isotherm is 2 wt.% or more. The ratio of xonotlite in a calcium silicate hydrate, which constitutes the anti-dew-condensation building material, is preferably 50 wt.% or more, and more preferably in the range of 50-80 wt.%.
