PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a powder and granular material filling device; to achieve space-saving and energy saving; to reduce cost; to response to a limited production of a wide variety of products in factory; to reduce washing time of production equipment related to the above device. SOLUTION: The powder and granular material filling device 1 comprises a tank unit 2 which stores and feeds powdered matter and a powdered matter packing unit 3 which fills a bag with powdered matter coming from a sifting process and an eliminating process of magnetic foreign substance after discharged from the tank unit 2. Further, the powdered matter packing unit 3 comprises a rotary shifter 7, a magnetic foreign substance removal section 8 disposed directly below the rotary shifter 7, a screw feeder 9 which is disposed directly below the magnetic foreign substance removal section 8 and horizontally transfers the powdered matter discharged from the magnetic foreign substance removal section 8, and a powdered matter packing section 10 which fills a bag with the powdered matter discharged downward from the screw feeder 9. The rotary shifter 7, the magnetic foreign substance removal section 8, the screw feeder 9 and the powdered matter packing section 10 are unitized as one device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
