<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the decline of a write speed when respectively writing the set of data comprising two or more kinds of data from a plurality of ports to a flash memory and to obtain a sizable free area after erasing the set of the data. <P>SOLUTION: Access request means 3(1)-3(n) are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of ports Port 1-Port n, store the data input from the corresponding ports for the kinds, and request the write of the data for one block in one block of the flash memory matching a write position by the page unit of the flash memory 1 for each kind of the data every time a stored data amount reaches one block of the flash memory 1.
