SOLUTION: Communication among a client terminal 11, a terminal 12 for a permanent residence agent arranged in a centralized call center, and a terminal 13 for a home agent arranged in an arbitrary place is controlled. The home call center system comprises a storage device 40 for management storing client information 41 including the information for client management and the information required for selecting a candidate of agent, and agent information 42 including the information for agent management and the address for line connection of the agent terminal. A connection request detection means 31 for recognizing an agent connection request inputted from the client terminal 11, a matching means 32 for extracting a candidate of the matching permanent residence agent terminal 12 or the home agent terminal 13, and a terminal connection control means 33 for connecting a connectable terminal with the client terminal 11 are also provided.
