The invention concerns a method for transaction (E100) between two servers, which first sets up (E10) a communication channel, in a wireless telecommunication network, between each server and a mobile terminal. One of the servers sends (E20) a signal in its wireless communication channel. Said signal is received (E40) by the mobile terminal communicating wirelessly with said server, emitted (E50) by the loudspeaker of said mobile terminal, picked up (E60) by the microphone of the other mobile terminal, and transmitted (E60, E70) by wireless communication to the other server. If the received signal is validated (E90) by one of the servers, the transaction is executed (E100).
