A coating solution composition for a charge transport layer, and an organic photoreceptor for electrophotography containing the charge transport layer prepared by using the composition are provided to improve the storage stability of a coating solution composition and to enhance the sensitivity and stability of an organic photoreceptor. A coating solution composition comprises a charge transport material; a binder resin; a solvent; and 0.1-2,000 ppm, preferably 1-1,000 ppm of the oxalic acid dihydrate represented by the formula as an additive. The charge transport material transports the generated charge to the surface of a drum.
