FIELD: rolling rolls of mills for rolling bars, sheets and tubes. ^ SUBSTANCE: built-up roll includes axle with bead, journal- sleeve with bead mounted on axle by sliding fit; bandage clamped between ends of axle bead and bead of journal-sleeve by means of nut. Increased loading capability and improved operational reliability of built-up rolling rolls are achieved due to forming pointed teeth on end of axle bead and on end of bead of journal-sleeve. On ends of bandage ductile metal layer is applied; said metal has sufficient strength for providing absence of residual deformations caused by action of technological load upon bandage. It prevents bandage turning and its shift relative to axis of roll. ^ EFFECT: improved operational reliability, increased loading capability of built-up roll. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
