A cleaning water leak prevention device for a toilet bowl is provided to prevent the leakage of cleaning water toward a cleaning water discharge hole by separating a power transmission member and descending a siphon cover with dead weight, thereby closing the cleaning water discharge hole in the event of a power failure. A cleaning water leak prevention device for a toilet bowl in the event of a power failure comprises a power charging portion(100) charging repulsive energy of an elastic member(222) by rotating a motor shaft(111) in the reverse direction with the electric power of a motor(110), and a discharge hole closing portion ascending and descending a siphon cover by transferring the electric power of the motor to a ball chain guide plate(214) and closing a cleaning water discharge hole by making the siphon cover descend with dead weight using the repulsive energy of the elastic member placed in the power charging portion if the supply of electric power is off while the siphon cover is ascending and descending, thereby preventing the cleaning water leaking to the cleaning water discharge hole and to store in a cistern. The discharge hole closing portion comprises a power transmission member transferring the electric power of the motor to ascend and descend the siphon cover according to the rotation of the ball chain guide plate, and a damper delaying the rotational speed of a restoring member(221) separated by rotating the power transmission member with the electric power of the motor. |
