PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of implementing a prescribed defense countermeasure by utilizing a warning terminal of a credible acquaintance by a possessor of a mobile terminal whose security is not known. SOLUTION: In the system provided with a mobile terminal for determining the necessity of the defense countermeasure when detecting that the security of its own terminal is not clear, and one or more of the warning terminals for receiving a defense countermeasure instruction signal for instructing the defense countermeasure from the mobile terminal, each warning terminal is provided with a state detection section that detects whether or not the terminal state is safe when each warning terminal receives the defense countermeasure instruction signal and at least a present position of the warning terminal is coincident with a prescribed position, and a countermeasure control section that generates warning data as the defense countermeasure when the state detection section detects that the terminal state is safe and operates a concerned operating section on the basis of the generated warning data.
