摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering operation by exhaust gas circulation method, by which, while coping with the increase of water content in exhaust gas generated from a sintering process attendant on the increase of the amounts of hardly pelletizable ore and high crystallization water ore used, the efficiency of denitrification from the exhaust gas using a denitrification plant can be further improved; and also to provide equipment used for it. SOLUTION: A section, between the rear of an ignition furnace 2 of a sintering part 1 and an ore discharge part 3, is divided into three parts, i.e., a front zone, an intermediate zone and a rear zone. Exhaust gas 14 from the front zone A is dehumidified and most part 15 of it is enriched with oxygen and circulated onto a pallet 4 in the front zone and the remaining part 18 of the above dehumidified exhaust gas is denitrified and discharged. On the other hand, exhaust gas 20 from the rear zone C is directly circulated onto the pallet 4 in the intermediate zone and the rear zone, and exhaust gas 22 from the intermediate zone B is discharged without denitrification.
