PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck movement device capable of performing movement action of a movement truck and action by a rotation force utilization means by motive power of one drive source and operating the rotation force utilization means without directly performing feeding of electric power to the movement truck. SOLUTION: The truck movement device 1 has the movement truck 4; a linear truck pulling member 35; the drive source 3; and a movement stopping means 23. The movement truck 4 has a rotation force generation member 51; a rotation restriction means 50; and the rotation force utilization means 6. The truck movement device 1 is constituted such that traveling force of the truck pulling member 35 is converted to movement force of the movement truck 4 by restricting rotation of the rotation force generation member 51 by the rotation restriction means 50 to move the movement truck 4. It is constituted such that when movement of the movement truck 4 is stopped by the movement stopping means 23, the rotation force generation member 51 is rotated according to traveling of the truck pulling member 35 and the rotation force utilization means 6 is operated.
