METHOD OF PRODUCING LYPOSOME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method of producing a lyposome including efficiently water soluble medicine. SOLUTION: The method of producing the lyposome comprises the steps of: (i) mixing a lyposome membrane constituent substance with an aquous solution at a temperature higher than the phase transition temperature of the lyposome membrane constituent substance; and (ii) filtering the obtained mixture with pressure by CO2gas at a temperature higher than the phase transition temperature. Optionally, the method may further comprise the steps of sizing the lyposome to particles having an average particle diameter of 0.05-0.8μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
