PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the assemblability and operation stability of a remote controller. SOLUTION: This remote controller is provided with: a case 1; a substrate 2, a rubber board 3 housed in the case 1 together with the substrate 2 so as to be overlapped with the substrate 2; a battery box 4 installed in a button member 11 of the case 1; a spring electrode 43 for a battery mounted on the substrate 2; and a key top 31 of the rubber board 3. Two bosses 51 and 51 equipped with slit-shaped groove parts 52 are added to the bottom member 11. One end of the substrate 2 is inserted into groove parts 52 and 52 of the bosses 51 and 51, and the other end b of the substrate 2 is pushed down from above to lower part of the bottom member 11, so that the substrate 2 can be arranged at a normal housing position to the case 1.
