摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger preventing adhesion of scales in portions contacting water, and also preventing deterioration of heat exchange performance, in regard to a heat exchanger which is provided with: a coolant tube passing coolant through an interior; and a water tube passing water through an interior, and heats the water passing through the water tube by the coolant passing through the coolant tube. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger is provided with: the coolant tube (an inner tube 2) passing the coolant through the interior; and the water tube (an outer tube 1) passing the water through the interior, and the water passing through the water tube is heated by the coolant passing through the coolant tube. The coolant tube and the water tube are made of copper or a copper alloy, and a deposition phase including at least one type of Cu<SB>2</SB>O or CuO with a height of 0.05-1.0μm is formed on at least one part of a surface contacting water.
