PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch-resistant film for simultaneously solving all of the disadvantages of uneasy rewinding, too strong adhesion, seasonal variation characteristics, poor release supplying property at the time of scratch resistant adhesion, use of a release-adjusting agent, difficulty in disposal caused by natural degradation of a dust-proof release film, dust-formation by itself, and poor workability with less production loss and productivity. SOLUTION: The scratch-resistant film comprises a resin layer A including a thermoplastic resin containing no hydrogenated component, an adhesive layer B including a hydrogenated block copolymer resin or an olefin block copolymer resin, and a resin layer C including a biodegradable resin, wherein peel adhesion strength between the resin layer A and the adhesive layer B is 0.50 or more and peel adhesion strength between the resin B and the resin C is 0.01 to 0.10 N/cm.
