<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device and its manufacturing method suitable for a space or an area with humidity. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lighting device includes a substrate, at least a light-emitting diode mounted on the substrate, and a dampproof coating layer formed on the outside of the light-emitting diode.
