摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module capable of obtaining a high generation power output even when there is a thermal resistance by a fluid boundary film between a high-temperature fluid and a low-temperature fluid. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module has a first insulating heat-introducing plate arranged on the high-temperature side, a plurality of p-type and n-type columnar semiconductor thermoelectric conversion members alternately arranged on the first insulating heat-introducing plate and a second insulating heat-introducing plate disposed on the low-temperature side while being opposed to the first insulating heat-introducing plate as holding each semiconductor thermoelectric conversion member. The thermoelectric conversion module further has a first electrode and a second electrode being disposed among the first insulating heat-introducing plate and each semiconductor thermoelectric conversion member and among the second insulating heat-introducing plate and each semiconductor thermoelectric conversion member respectively for connecting the p-type and n-type semiconductor thermoelectric conversion members in series. In such a thermoelectric conversion module, when the first insulating heat-introducing plate is heated by the high-temperature fluid having a heat transfer coefficient of h1 and the second insulating heat-introducing plate is cooled by the low-temperature fluid having the heat transfer coefficient of h2 and a power is generated by using the p-type and n-type semiconductor thermoelectric conversion members having a mean thermal conductivity of K, the height (d) of the p-type and n-type semiconductor thermoelectric conversion members is set so that the value of next formula [K(h1<SP>-1</SP>+h2<SP>-1</SP>)]/d reaches 0.6 to 1.7.
