<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently utilize the convenience of a noncontact interface function while minimizing damage resulting from illegal use by a third person. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 1 performs processing so as to confirm whether a service included in received information coincides with services included in permission information for usage when a noncontact interface part 2 receives the information from an external device. The control part 1 controls the noncontact interface part 2 so as not to permit processing about the usage of the service when the service does not coincide. The control part 1 makes a clocking part 8 measure the present time and performs processing so as to confirm whether the measured present time is included in a time zone included in the permission information for usage when the service coincides.
