<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric element having a dielectric of high adhesiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric element 10 has a metal foil 12 and a dielectric crystal 14 formed on the surface of the metal foil. Crystal particles 16 are buried in the metal foil. Some of the crystal particles are exposed on the surface of the metal foil, and protruded from the dielectric crystal and into the inside of the metal foil. Since these crystal particles have the same crystal structure as that of the dielectric crystal, they are firmly joined to the dielectric crystal. Since such crystal particles encroach on the inside of the metal foil, the adhesiveness of the dielectric crystal to the metal foil is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
