PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film with an anti-static layer, having high adhesion with a glass substrate, high heat resistance, moist heat resistance, and preventing static charge and preventing static charge on peeling generated when the surface protective film is removed, and improving adhering strength of the substrate and the adhesive layer, and to provide an image display device using the adhesive film. SOLUTION: The adhesive film comprises the substrate 1, the adhesive layer 3 composed of a water dispersed adhesive composition comprising an alkyl(meth)acrylate, a vinyl monomer containing a carboxyl group, a polyalkylene oxide (meth)acrylate-phosphoric acid ester and a copolymerizable vinyl monomer, and an anti-static layer 2 composed of a water soluble or water dispersed conductive material installed between the substrate1 and the adhesive layer 3, and the adhesive film is adhered on the image display device.
