PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank stably supplying additive in fuel with a low cost and simple structure. SOLUTION: A contact inhibition means for inhibiting fuel F stored in a fuel tank main body 1 and additive 5, 5a stored in or applied on a strainer 3 is provided below the additive 5, 5a stored in or applied on the strainer 3. As the contact inhibition means, a float 4 providing solid additive 5 with buoyancy can be used, and a baffle plate 11 shutting off splash of fuel F stored in the tank main body 1 also can be used.
