FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery; orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has Bohler frame, cord with load, cantilever auxiliary device for Bohler frame and gauze band; fragments of Kirschner's wires are stitched to ends of gauze band. Cantilever auxiliary device has plates, bolts, nuts, brackets, threaded bars and bases of demountable wire locks from Ilizarov's apparatus and paving for cord in form of profiled cut and bent tin plates fixed onto concaved surface of bases of demountable wire locks. Legs of wire locks prevent cord from sliding off. Plates embrace pin of Bohler frame and they are fastened together by means of bolt, demountable rod and nuts. Threaded rod is mounted onto plate by means of two brackets and nuts. Bases of demountable wire locks with paving are fastened to ends of both threaded rods. Cord with load is tightened to fragments of Kirschner's wires. ^ EFFECT: side extension without making sizes of patient's bed bigger; prevention of sliding cord off. ^ 3 dwg |
