FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to the suggested method, gas main of supercharging gas supply and liquid main of liquid fuel supply to space object are isolated. In that way two hermetically sealed volumes are created with the help of separator: gas and liquid. Every volume includes gas (liquid) cavity of fuel tank and portion of gas (liquid) main with normally closed start-isolating valve. Preset pressure is pulled in tank gas cavity with the help of preliminary supercharging, and monophase fuel composition is created in the tank liquid cavity. Initial pressure and temperature of gas in tank gas cavity are registered. Periodically pressure and temperature are measured in tank gas cavity, and temperature is measured in its liquid cavity. Separator condition diagnosis is determined by analyzing dynamics of measured pressure change in tank gas cavity. Whenever separator integrity is damaged, this pressure will tend to some equilibrium value, which is estimated by a certain dependence. ^ EFFECT: makes it possible to diagnose developing faults of fuel tank separator. ^ 3 dwg |
