The exchanger (1) has a double row and/or double-flow tube/fin block (2), and two collecting boxes (3, 4), where the tube of the block communicates with the boxes through fluid. The fluid is by-passed in a breadth direction and in a depth direction of the heat exchanger. The collecting boxes are provided with respective discharge and by-pass chambers (7, 11), where the discharge chamber has a chamber section that is arranged adjacent to a longitudinal separation wall of an inflow chamber.
