GLASS CASSETTE FOR ETCHING SYSTEM FOR TFT LCD GLASS AND ETCHING SYSTEM EMPLOYED WITH THE CASSETTE

A glass cassette used in the etching device of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) glass and the etching device including the same are provided to prevent non-uniformity of etching generated by the bending of a glass during operations and to prevent the damage of the glass caused by collision between neighboring glasses. Side walls(240) of four sides include a closed type to smooth up/down circulation of chemical solution within a cassette(200). At least one pair of side supports(210) are installed in the inside walls of the right/left of the cassette to insert and fix plural glasses. C-shaped grooves are formed in the side supports at regular intervals. A plurality of collision preventing members(230) are installed at regular intervals between the C-shaped grooves of the side supports to prevent collision between the neighboring glasses inserted into the cassette.
