A variable flange for a heat recovery ventilator is provided to enable integrated package of flange and housing by varying the projection length of the flange projected and combined on both sides of the housing, thereby loading flanges to be conveyed as many as possible. A variable flange(130) for a heat recovery ventilator(100) comprises a body unit combined to a through hole(120) with a variable projection length to be projected to the outside of a housing(110) that is formed with the through hole for heat exchange by allowing inflow/outflow of outdoor/indoor air. The body unit is consisted of the combination of segments that are separated into at least one more steps, wherein a segment of one side is slid around the step to another segment of the outside side so that the projection length of the body unit can be varied.
