Roasted boiled rice is provided to offer rice containing various nutrients as Koran type instant food by coating with sesame sauce, ginseng sauce, red pepper sauce and soybean paste sauce and roasting it at grill and oven. A pan is spread with 2 to 4% by weight of edible oil; 68 to 70% by weight of steamed rice and 1.5 to 2% by weight of glutinous rice paste are put into the pan and roasted with 5 to 7% by weight of chopped ham, 3 to 5% by weight of chopped potatoes, 1 to 1.5% by weight of chopped paprika, 1 to 1.5% by weight of chopped carrots, 0.5 to 0.7% by weight of salt, 0.1 to 0.3% by weight of roasted garlic and 0.1% by weight of black pepper and 0.8 to 1% by weight of black sesame. The mixture is formed into various forms, coated with sesame sauce, ginseng sauce, red pepper sauce and soybean paste sauce and roasted with a grill of 450 to 480deg.C for 5 to 7min or an oven of 350 to 380deg.C for 10 to 13min. |
