PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme water-producing apparatus which can prevent the deterioration of an enzyme preparation due to a rise in temperature and can supply an enzyme water having a stabilized quality. SOLUTION: This enzyme water-producing apparatus having a bottle 8 for receiving an enzyme preparation X and a production tank T for receiving the enzyme preparation X supplied from the bottle 8 and water supplied from a water supply means in a housing, and controlling the temperature of the mixture liquid of the enzyme preparation X with the water received in the production tank T to produce the enzyme water is characterized by disposing a heat-insulating member D between the bottle 8 and the production tank T as a temperature rise-preventing means for preventing the rise in the temperature of the enzyme preparation X received in the bottle 8.
