PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme water-producing apparatus which is little liable to release a characteristic odor in a kitchen during operation. SOLUTION: This enzyme water-producing apparatus is characterized by comprising means KP, 27 for supplying an enzyme preparation to an activated liquid tank T, means 21, 22 for supplying dilution water to the activated liquid tank T, temperature control means 16, 17 for heat-reserving a diluted enzyme liquid, and a pipe line 38 for discharging the produced enzyme water, disposing a lid member Tb for hermetically closing the opening portion of the activated liquid tank T, and further disposing a ventilation pipe line 50 for making a gas phase space in the activated liquid tank T to communicate with the outside of the activated liquid tank T.
