PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bearing device capable of being used for various application at low cost. SOLUTION: An annular groove 11 having a depressed part in a circumference direction is formed on an inner circumference surface 7a1 of a housing 7 as a resin outer member A. The annular groove 11 functions as an adhesive reservoir and fixing force of the housing 7 and a bearing sleeve 8 can be enhanced. On the other hand, the depressed part can function as oil reservoir supplying oil to a bearing gap by putting the depressed part on a position facing the bearing gap. Since the depressed part is formed at the same time as injection molding of an outer member A, the depressed part can be formed without requiring separate process or device.
