<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute document data analysis useful for director's suitable direction to a document data preparator. <P>SOLUTION: When a document data processing apparatus 1 inputs document data from a preparator's terminal apparatus 2, a document data checking part 13 analyzes clauses and words in the document data and detects unsuitable items corresponding to items previously stored in a storage part 12. A recording processing part 14 stores the generation frequency of unsuitable items detected by the document data checking part 13 in the storage part 12 in each item, each preparator and each document data. When the document data processing apparatus 1 inputs a control signal indicating an instruction for calculating the total generation frequency of each item in each preparator from a director's terminal apparatus 3, a statistical processing part 15 calculates the total generation frequency of each item in each preparator which is stored in the storage part 12. Then a report generation part 16 generates a graph indicating the calculation result of the statistical processing part 15 and outputs the graph to the director's terminal apparatus 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
