PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrostatic latent image development that can be fixed at low temperature with less power consumption without generating offsetability and has superior fluidity, environmental dependency, and durability. SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic latent image development consists of at least binding resin, a coloring agent, and a charge control agent, and the binding resin consists of polyolefin resin having a cyclic structure and polyester resin of≥1 mgKOH/g and <30 mgKOH/g in acid number and 1 to 49 mass% in terms of ratio to the total amount of toner.
