PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load-measuring apparatus capable of accurately measuring loads inputted to a vehicle body via a suspension mounted to a vehicle. SOLUTION: The load-measuring apparatus for measuring loads inputted to the vehicle body via the suspension is provided with a suspension-holding part 111 for holding an upper end part of the suspension, a fixing part 113 connected to the vehicle body 131 via a plurality of connecting members (113a-113c), a plurality of strain elements (115a-115f) for connecting the suspension holding part 111 to the fixing part 113 for generating strains, according to the loads inputted to the suspension holding part 111, and strain gauges (R1-R24) each of which is mounted to the strain elements (115a-115f).
