PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic milk preparing system which can perform a milk preparation in the line, can correspond to milk preparing water of a high temperature, and in addition, can accurately measure the milk preparing water to be fed. SOLUTION: This automatic milk preparing device includes a feeding duct 13 which feeds the milk preparing water with which a powder milk is dissolved, a mass flow meter 11 which measures the mass flow rate of the milk preparing water being fed, and a controller 17 which controls the feeding of the milk preparing water from the measured mass flow rate. The controller 17 has a correcting section 17d. In this case, the correcting section 17d reads a relative equation corresponding to the temperature of the milk preparing water between a set feeding amount of the milk preparing water and an error of the feeding amount in the milk preparing water having actually been fed from a storage section 17a, acquires the error of the feeding amount corresponding to the set feeding amount from the relative equation, and corrects the set feeding amount in response to the feeding amount error portion. The automatic milk preparing system is constituted in such a manner that the feeding of the milk preparing water may be controlled conforming to the set feeding amount after the correction.
