<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generation device and the like generating an image clearly showing a distribution of environment parameters around a character inside a virtual space. <P>SOLUTION: In this image generation device 201, a parameter acquisition part 202 acquires an environment parameter around the character in each direction from the character, a reference curve setting part 203 sets a reference curve surrounding the character, a locus point setting part 204 sets locus points in the positions each moved from each of reference points included in the reference curve in the predetermined direction by a movement amount associated with a value of the environment parameter acquired to the direction of the reference point from the character, and an image generation part 205 generates an image representing a locus curve passing the set locus point and the character observed from a view point arranged inside the virtual space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
