A water-proof type electrical connector is provided to solve the problem of the related art that a water-proof characteristic is deteriorated in an existing connector. A water-proof type electrical connector(10) includes a contact, an insulating housing(11), a seal member(12), and a locking member(14). The contact is connected to the first end portion of an electrical line. The insulating housing includes the contact. The insulating housing includes a fitting part fitted in a receiving recess part of a matching connector. The seal member is arranged around the circumference of a front end portion of the fitting part while being integrated with the fitting part. The seal member is stick to an inner wall of the receiving recess when the fitting part is inserted into the receiving recess. The locking member prevents the insulating housing from being separated when the fitting part is inserted into the receiving recess to a predetermined position.
