PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric circuit device in which supply current is shut off without fail when heat is abnormally generated in a power element, and design freedom is improved. SOLUTION: The electric circuit device comprises: a circuit board 3 wherein wiring patterns 31, 32 and 33 are formed on the surface thereof; and a power element 10 mounted on the circuit board 3 by soldering, wherein a drain electrode terminal 11 doubles as a heat radiation plate. In the device, the wiring pattern 31 to which the drain electrode terminal 11 is fixed is divided into a power supply part 31a for supplying power to the power element 10, and a heat radiation part 31b which is positioned below the power supply part 31a for radiating the heat of the power element 10.
