Optoelectronic devices include a polymer composition derived from reaction between a hydrosiloxane and a polyfluorene comprising structural units of formula (I) wherein R¹and R² are independently alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, substituted alkenyl, substituted alkynyl, alkyloxy, substituted alkoxy, alkenoxy, alkynoxy, substituted alkenoxy, substituted alkynoxy, or a combination thereof; Ar¹ and Ar² are independently aryl or substituted aryl; m and n are independently 0 or 1 ; and at least one of R¹ and R² is alkenyl, alkynyl, substituted alkenyl, or substituted alkynyl.
