PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic sensor wherein a bezel can be securely fixed to vehicle body component and a sensor body can be securely fixed to the bezel. SOLUTION: A metal spring 5 is disposed on a sidewall of the tubular bezel 4 into which an ultrasonic vibrator 10 and an opening face 32 of the sensor body 3 are inserted. A through-hole 4h is provided on the sidewall of the bezel 4 into which a free end of the metal spring 5 is disposed. The free end of the metal spring 5 is pressed to a wall surface of a hole part 2a when the bezel 4 is inserted into the hole part 2a of a bumper 2, and protrudes from the inner wall surface of the bezel 4. The free end of the metal spring 5 is brought into contact with the opening face 32 and pushed back when the opening face 32 is inserted into the bezel 4. Thus, in the ultrasonic sensor 1, the bezel 4 can be securely fixed to the bumper 2 and the sensor body 3 can be securely fixed to the bezel 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
