<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a range hood capable of removing oily smoke without using a filter. <P>SOLUTION: In this range hood, oily smoke and dust collide with a straightening plate 9 of a range hood lower face, and pass through a baffle mechanism 8 after sucked from a suction opening 1, when cooking is started. Here, as a flow line of an exhaust gas is changed approximately at a right angle, the oily smoke and dust in the exhaust gas collide with the baffle mechanism 8. As the oily smoke and dust are collected by the baffle mechanism 8, contamination of a ventilation flue 7 behind the baffle mechanism 8 can be significantly reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
