PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the frequency of exchanging a droplet discharge head due to clogging or the like. SOLUTION: The droplet discharge head comprises a pressure chamber CA and a piezoelectric element PE formed thereon and discharges droplets lead to the pressure chamber CA through a nozzle hole 1a in the bottom part of the pressure chamber CA corresponding to the operation of the piezoelectric element PE. In the pressure chamber CA having a side wall and a nozzle plate 1 forming the bottom part and having the nozzle hole 1a, in the case it becomes impossible to discharge droplets out of the nozzle hole 1a, the adhesive layer (an ultraviolet curable resin) between the side wall and the nozzle plate 1 of the pressure chamber CA is separated by ultraviolet radiation and a new nozzle plate is joined to the side wall.
