PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mounting structure of a flow channel formation unit to a tub inner mounting member 72, in an adaptor of a hot water supply port for a bathtub comprising the flow channel formation unit 10, an tub outer mounting member 71, the tub inner mounting member 72 and a filter member 73. SOLUTION: As a locking projection 19 disposed on the flow channel formation unit 10 is locked in a L-shaped locking groove 77 formed on a flange portion 72b of the tub inner mounting member 72, the flow channel formation unit 10 is connected in a state that it can not be drawn out in the cross direction, and a tip portion of a lock screw 85 engaged with a female screw hole 2a formed on the flow channel formation unit 10, is fitted in a lock hole 76 formed on a front side of the flange portion 72b to relatively unrotatably fix the flow channel formation unit 10.
