PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate heat exchanger capable of freely adjusting a heat exchange amount. SOLUTION: Plural heat exchange parts 100 isolated by heat transfer plates in the thickness direction of a tabular body, and comprising radiation side fluid passages 120 and heat receiving side fluid passages 130 carrying out exchange of heat via the heat transfer plates, are arranged inside the tabular body lengthwise and crosswise in the tabular body in mutually isolated states, and a radiation side inlet/outlet 10a and a heat receiving side fluid inlet/outlet 10b communicated with each radiation side fluid passage 120 and each heat receiving side fluid passage 130 are provided on outer faces of the tabular body to form the plate heat exchanger 10. By suitably selecting and connecting the inlets/outlets 10a, 10b of the different fluid passages 120, 130, various patterns of the fluid passages communicating with the whole heat exchange part 100 can be formed, and by this, by selecting a pattern in response to a using situation, the heat exchange amount as a whole plate heat exchanger 10 can be freely adjusted.
