<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block holder for a dental prosthesis, which prevents a fine connecting portion present between a fixing tool secured to an automatic cutting/grinding machine of a CAD/CAM system and a block for the dental prosthesis after a completion of machining from being broken owing to vibration or from causing a deterioration in cutting/grinding precision of the block for the dental prosthesis owing to the vibration in the fine connecting portion is not generated when manufacturing the block for the dental prosthesis by the cutting/grinding machine using the CAD/CAM system. <P>SOLUTION: The block holder for a dental prosthesis for manufacturing the dental prosthesis by cutting/grinding the block 2 for dental prosthesis by the cutting/grinding machine using the CAD/CAM system has a supporting portion 3 supporting the block 2 for dental prosthesis by at least two faces and a fixing portion 1 finally formed integrally with the supporting portion 3 and mounted on the cutting/grinding machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
