PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lamp controller capable of preventing rear-end collision when a two-wheel vehicle or the like exists between a preceding vehicle and a following vehicle. SOLUTION: ECU 21 detects the rear side specified state that the two-wheel vehicle exists at a rear side of an own vehicle and the other vehicle approaches from the further rear side of the two-wheel vehicle based on image data inputted from a rear CCD camera 13, and performs rear side lamp specified control for reducing intensity of illumination of right and left tail lamps 31, 32 when a distance of the own vehicle and a rear side object detected by a rear distance sensor 14 is a predetermined value D1 or less and a distance of the own vehicle and the other rear vehicle is the other predetermined value D2 or less. Thereby, a driver of the other vehicle approaching from the further rear side of the two-wheel vehicle traveling or stopping at the rear side of the own vehicle can certainly recognize the existence of the two-wheel vehicle without being confused by lights of the right and left tail lamps 31, 32 of the own vehicle and prevention of the rear-end accident of the other rear vehicle to the two-wheel vehicle can be accomplished.
