<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating system and its operation method, which perform stable control under any operating condition, and save on energy, in controlling a supercooling device so that a degree of superheat of a refrigerating device and the like, is kept to a proper value at all times. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerating system comprises: a refrigerating cycle 20 for refrigerating or freezing, a refrigerating cycle 21 for supercooling; a heat exchanger 12 for supercooling, which allows the refrigerating cycle 20 for refrigerating or freezing and the refrigerating cycle 21 for supercooling to exchange heat with each other; a control device 51 for refrigerating or freezing, controlling an operation of the refrigerating cycle 20 for refrigerating or freezing; and a control device 52 for supercooling, controlling an operation of the refrigerating cycle 21 for supercooling. The control device 51 for freezing and the control device 52 for supercooling are connected in a wired or wireless state to perform the control in cooperation with each other, in controlling the operation of the refrigerating cycle 21 for supercooling on the basis of the operating state of the refrigerating cycle 21 for refrigerating or freezing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
