PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink for diffusing heat generated at a high current choke coil, and a choke coil with the heat sink in one body and to provide a method of manufacturing the choke coil with the heat sink in a simple manufacturing step. SOLUTION: As a means for jointing a heat sink functioning a means of heat radiation for heat from the choke coil, a choke coil storing unit is provided at a heat sink 3 and a coil 1 is arranged. Then, magnetic body 7 made of soft magnetic material including two or more kinds of magnetic materials and non-magnetic resin is injected in mold so that the coil 1 is embedded and hardened to form the choke coil with heat sink in one body structure.
