PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a format setting system for tiling printing adopting a configuration of using no another host device. SOLUTION: The format setting system for the tiling printing includes a relative position determining means that determines a relative position between a tiling print object image in the tiling printing and a second boundary index for partitioning the tiling object image into a plurality of regions on the basis of a relative positional relation on coordinates between a reference print image read by an image reading apparatus or part of the image and a boundary index for partitioning the tiling object image into a plurality of regions.
