<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming apparatus which transmits a screen-generating program for generating screen information through a network to an apparatus used by a user and can conduct a predetermined processing based on functional options set by a user who received it through a network. <P>SOLUTION: The image-forming apparatus comprises a screen-generating means for generating screen information which enables setting of functional options desired by a user to a predetermined processing, a transmitting means for transmitting a screen-generating program realizing the screen-generating means and option information in response to a request from an apparatus used by the user, and a processing control means for controlling a predetermined processing using a hardware resource for conducting the predetermined processing based on a set parameter set by the user from the plurality of functional options indicated on the screen by the screen-generating program in the apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
